From August, premises suitable for a gym, a shop with a sample showroom or a warehouse, for production will be available for rent. The premises are located in the territory of the Manufacture business park, in a one-story building, in the adjacent premises are the “Riepu garaza”, an exclusive car service and “Somfy” companies.

The total area of the premises is 840 m2, with the possibility of dividing into two parts – 440 m2 and 400 m2. Ceiling height – 4.3 m. The premises are heated. The dimensions of the lifting gate allow a bus to enter.

In the territory of the Manufacture there are companies of various industries that deal with printing, furniture production, bicycle and motor sports trade and beer brewery “Brūzis Manufaktūra”.
